PROBUS is a voluntary organisation run by its members. Like most Clubs, Kirkcaldy has a President, a Secretary and Treasurer as well as a series of convenors who promote and organise a range of activities. There is an Almoner who provides an important welfare link to members who may be dealing with a range of health or social issues. Together these office-bearers make up the Management Committee which meets regularly to review developments, offer advice or solicit opinions. There are also lots of less demanding but important tasks with which members can assist.
Members can also refer to the Constitution and agreed policy on matters like data protection.
